Dirty Dubsters Team up with UK's Natural born Spittah MC MYSTRO for the first single off their debut album also titled 'Fire it up' and fire it up they do as Mystro waxes Lyrical on a tongue in cheek 'Free the Weed' vibe to bring you 2013's first Ganja tune. Here's the official Video shot in Dublin recently as we see Mystro and Saxman Anton cosy up to Both the Garda and Enda Kenny no less, resulting in a Hazy smoke filled day in Dublin which culminates in a party that was held in the Twisted Pepper last Month with Dirty Dubsters & Irish moss Records.

Dirty Dubsters Summer Festival's 2012

Greetings Summer time people!

So Summer (if you could call it that) reaches its final month already. It's been a particularly good one for us in Dubster HQ as we've already done a show with YT in Dublin, rocked the Casa Hanana Stage with the live crew at Body + Soul Festival (Videos coming soon) and DJ OBese has been flying the flag for us in N.America with gigs in NYC, Toronto and a tour of British Columbia, Western Canada which took in Festivals on remote Islands the city of Vancouver and some smaller towns as well. Meanwhile we've been sending Ableton projects back n forth getting some tracks done and dusted for our debut album which we're hoping to release late 2012.

We are very proud to be invited to perform at what may well be three of the best festivals around at the moment with Jay Sharp and the latest Dubster inductee : MC Little Tree bringing the show to the place billed as the 'Maddest town in the World' the Boomtown Fair in the UK www.boomtownfair.co.uk while on the same weekend DJ OBese will be one of the International headliners to the infamous Fractal Forest stage of the Shambhala Festival in Canada. www.shambhalamusicfestival.com .It's all about spreading the Vibes! Then to wrap up things this Summer we're back on the amazing Trenchtown Stage of the Electric Picnic, if last year was anything to go by this could well be the gig of the year for us.

Just in case we get a freakish Indian Summer in Ireland, we've got the one for you as the System Clash party will take place with ourselves and Scribble soundsystem doing a Live show with Special Guest, the Natural Born Spitta ; MC MYSTRO another treat brought to the city courtesy of Irish Moss Records and MUDD (Twisted Pepper) check facebook events for more info and we'll see you soon in one place or another in the coming weeks :-)

BLESS,
Irish Moss Records!

here's a taste of the action from the Dirty Dubsters and what you could expect to hear from one of their festival sets this summer.

Dirty Dubsters - album sampler

Greetings Friends...

We've been a bit quiet of late as we're putting our heads together to make out first full album. A lot of thought, work and energy has gone into what will undoubtedly be our biggest project to date. We've still got a long way to go but things are coming together nicely and we've found support, help and inspiration from a host of Artists that we really respect so expect a few new and interesting collaborations when the album finally drops. We'll keep you as posted as we possibly can on things as it comes together but we won't be giving too much away in terms of track, collabs previews ect.

Last Month we had the pleasure of bringing Danny Red to Dublin and with the help of Barry at Gorilla Studios and Brian & Amanda who shot and co-Directed this video which for now will be the only album preview. This track is called 'Ask mi a question' Hope you like it, feel free to share, blog ect. if your feelin' the vibes. Big thanks to Danny Red for the sweet vocals.

Check out the video of the Danny Red track:

Cheers,

Dirty Dubsters & Irish Moss Records
